Care Guide: Keeping Enamel Glossy
All of our enamelware is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 230°C. It is not microwave safe, and metal utensils will eventually leave grey marks on the glaze — those are transfer marks rather than scratches, and a soft cloth with warm soapy water takes most of them off.
For burnt-on food, soak first and then use a non-scratch pad. Never use steel wool: it cuts the glass surface and the shine does not come back.
